Missions and Great Commission Christians

As a church, we see ourselves as missionary by nature. Jesus commissions each follower of Christ to be a Great Commission disciple to be on mission each day (Matthew 28:18-20). Mission does not reflect merely what we do; it reflects who we are. We are participants in God’s mission. You are invited to be serve the Lord and be on mission with the people called North End Baptist Church.

Each adult Sunday School class conducts a mission effort every quarter here in the Golden Triangle. On every continent, God is moving, working to bring good news to the poor, to proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor (Luke 4:18-19). We are called as Christ's body to join him in his work. We want to invite you to come alongside us as we use the words we have and the deeds we can enact to declare the love and Lordship of Jesus among all the peoples of the world.
