Overview:
Over this 4 week course, individuals will be introduced to the basics of
the acoustic guitar, including preparing to play, tuning, individual notes,
the G, C, and D chords, and playing in front of others. Additionally, there
will be a devotion shared at each class pointing individuals to Jesus and
using their talents to glorify Him.
Dates
April 7 - Introduction, Preparation, Tuning
April 14 - Notes and Chords
April 21 - Strumming
April 28 - NO CLASS
May 5 - Mini Concert and Reception
Class Time & Location
The class will meet from 5:00-6:15pm. The location (classroom) will be
determined based off number of individuals signed up.
Teachers
Ray will lead this class and will connect with musicians within the church
to assist at classes.
